Our Philosophy:
OC Photography is a family run and highly skilled wedding and portraiture photography business. We do not focus on volume, but rather well matched customers who prefer an artistic representation of their wedding day. We believe that photography is a work of art to be cherished for years to come. With this goal in mind, we strive to achieve artistic portraits and event photography that captures your essence. In addition to our skills with the camera, we possess excellent editing capability allowing us to provide stunning prints and albums that will be cherished for the rest of your life. We provide a modified photo-journalistic style that blends both contemporary, posed wedding portraits plus exciting stylized photo-journalistic coverage. Together these two elements provide an outstanding finished product. At OC Photography, our pledge to you is our three fundamental principles of Quality, Service, and Affordability. We use only quality photographic and lighting equipment and professional photo processing. We utilize Canon photographic equipment including Canon 5D Mark II and several Canon L lenses. We offer full bleed professional photo albums. We provide excellent customer service found only in small businesses. Furthermore, we have affordable packages to suit everyone from the smallest budget to a larger more demanding budget.
About Cristina del Toro:
I love to photograph people specially emotional and candid poses. My love for photography and art is the driving force that enables me to capture moments artistically. My camera is the starting tool I utilize to capture a single moment in time. I strive to capture the essence of the subject. I have about five years experience with professional photography. Once I start the post processing of the photo in Photoshop or other software my creativity takes over. Enhancing the photographs with post processing effects allows me to be a "digital artist". Capturing a great moment or creating a great pose is just as important as how you process your photography afterwards. Editing is definitely one of my specialties and I embrace the process in order to provide you with something unique. I have spent years learning editing techniques, buying special software and attending continuing education classes. I edit all of the images I give to my clients and I also give them many variations with special effects. I am a member of the Professional Photographers of America as well as the National Association of Photoshop Professionals. Being involved in a couple’s wedding is something I take with great honor and responsibility. If your photography is important to you and if having an artistic feel to your image is something you value, then I am someone you should talk with. I hope we meet and I may take some great images of your wedding too. Currently I design all client albums and I really like doing this. I feel I get to know you and your wishes best than an outside third party. Also, I am very flexible with how many images, pages, and size of your album. In the words of Ansel Adams--"You don't take a photography, you make it". That is precisely my belief. I want you to be satisfied with our work. We make photographs not just take them.

Our goal is to capture the memories and emotions of your most cherished event with an artistic, timeless, and romantic feel. We like to focus on the emotions of the day to create the most captivating photos. We love to photograph people as artistically as possible. We edit all of the images we give to our clients. We believe that editing the photos is just as important as capturing the photo. Editing is definitely one of our specialties. We have spent years learning editing techniques, buying special software and attending continuing education classes. We work in color, black & white, or sepia as well as special effects. Our passion for photography and art is the driving force behind our photography. We strive to capture the wonderful expressions that children make. We love to photograph people as artistically as possible. We edit all of the images we give to our clients. We believe that editing the photos is just as important as capturing the photo. Editing is definitely one of our specialties. We have spent years learning editing techniques, buying special software and attending continuing education classes. We work in color, black and white, or sepia as well as special effects. We offer studio photography as well as location photography such as at the beach or the park. We design all our client albums and we really love creating wedding albums. They are a true work of art to us. We feel that we get to know the bride and groom and have information on their preferences better than a third party album designer. We use contemporary full bleed albums to create artistic layouts. We are very flexible with clients as to how many images they can use and the size of their album.
